Hosting and server logs

This website runs on a self-operated server in Germany. Technically necessary data is logged on access, without which delivery would not be possible:

• truncated IP address
• date and time of access
• requested address and amount of data transferred
• referring page and browser identifier

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in technically faultless delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are rotated daily and deleted after seven days; they are not combined with other data.

Analytics with Plausible

Plausible Analytics is used for audience measurement, self-hosted on the same server. Plausible sets no cookies and collects no data that would allow visitors to be recognised. No data is shared with third parties and no cross-device profiles are created.

The legal basis is legitimate interest in a data-minimising analysis of site usage under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No consent is required because no information is stored on or read from your device.

Contact form

Details entered into the contact form are used solely to handle your enquiry and are sent by email to info@litha-solutions.de. Email delivery runs through IONOS as a processor.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries directed at a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Spam protection with reCAPTCHA

reCAPTCHA by Google Ireland Limited protects the contact form against automated submissions. Usage data is transmitted to Google and may be transferred to third countries.

reCAPTCHA is loaded only after your explicit consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent you can still reach me by email. You can withdraw consent at any time on the consent page.

Fonts

The fonts of this website are served from its own server. The site itself makes no connection to third-party font services, in particular none to Google Fonts.

An exception arises only once you consent to reCAPTCHA: to display it, Google loads font files from fonts.gstatic.com of its own accord. Without consent this does not happen.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

An informal message to info@litha-solutions.de is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
